Prise en charge des lésions carieuses de classe II en micro-dentisterie

Abstract : The approximal caries are usually detected very late and weaken the tooth’s resilience. Access those areas to diagnose or treat and re-establish the proximal contact area with adjacent teeth are both difficult and make the management even more complicated. The aim is to detect lesions earlier and use minimally invasive preparations. The first part sets out the main diagnosis means currently available. The second part deals with tools, materials and techniques used in microdentistry. The third part is clinical cases of each of the three treatment techniques.
