La motivation en métacognition : un moteur dans l'apprentissage du ski de fond

Abstract : Studies on the concept of metacognition have shown that it is an effective tool in learning to combat school failure. Students facing this problem are demotivated. This study will seek to identify the impact of intrinsic motivation and its factors on metacognition in cross-country skiing. Do we promote the interest and pleasure among students by interating a criterion of success ? Do we invite students to verbalize their actions to allow them a better progress ? If the results highlight the role of intrinsic motivation related to achievement and in the pleasure of academic success, we must nevertheless remain modest due to the limited number of sessions. Further studies are needed to identify more clearly the role of the constituent elements of intrinsic motivation.
