Des projets alimentaires territoriaux pour répondre de façon durable à l'alimentation des territoires périurbains

Abstract : In France, food's local integration is now one of the first priorities of the Ministy of Agriculture. National and local actors reveal an increasing desire to commit territories in structural process. This fact shows the importance attributed by those actors to sustainable food for all. Planned by the Farming, Food and Forest's Future Law (October 13th of 2014), territorial food projects (TFP - PAT in French: Projets alimentaires territoriaux) are a solution to answer to sustainability's issues known by urbanized areas. CAPV seems having tooked hold of the relevance of developing such projects on its territory. Through those few lines, we can see to what look like PAT's structuration, application and its concrete action to anchor a territory in a sustainable way.
