Étude du renouvellement des postes centraux de livraison PCL1 et PCL2 Saint-Charles de la régie des transports de Marseille

Abstract : PCL1 (busbars n°1 and n°2) and PCL2 (busbars n°5 and n°6) switchboards, located in Saint-Charles underground station, constitute the two main nodes of RTM’s subway high voltage network, on which are concentrated four 20 kV supplies from utilities network. Two main substations recently installed at the south end of M1 subway line, in « Fourragère» station, are able to provide the whole necessary power to the Saint-Charles/Fourragere section. Till the future, and hypothetical connection to utilities network at the four ends of the RTM’s internal network, Saint-Charles busbars will remain essential to the subway working and to the mutual emergency assistance between networks in downgraded operation mode. Switchboards obsolescence drives the RTM to renovate these essential equipments. The proposed solutions were studied in order to express the expectations of RTM for compliance, reliability, cost, usability and maintainability as well as the requirements of subway operating continuity.
