« Pourquoi est-ce que tu fais comme moi ? » L’imitation comme outil aux séances de psychomotricité

Abstract : Imitation is present since the first days of existence of the newborn. Similar to a developmental journey, it accompanies the individual in the establishement of its psychocorporel being. Communication tools, of learning, or of self-definition, the imitative act makes sense in the body and by the relationship. The psychomotrician has every reason to be interested. It is fundamental behavior for humans, and this is found in each session of psychomotricity. Its presence is a hidden wealth for therapist, whether it is for understand what is going on at a specific moment of the meeting or to guide his psychomotor care.
