. Dans-notre-Étude, nous rappelons que les groupes n'ont pas été définis de façon arbitraire mais selon l'âge médian calculé à 44 ans. Les radiographies de première intention sont réalisées en proportion comparables dans les deux groupes. La composante médico légale est indéniable dans la prise en charge des gonalgies et contribue à la sur-prescription d'imageries
