Continuité végétale urbaine : Comment agir sur l'espace privé ? Une vision du végétal dans un contexte de concours, l'exemple de Réinventer Paris et d'un des projets lauréats

Abstract : Throughout centuries, the place given to plants has evolved. At first, plants were used in a way of sanitizing cities and creating vast green spaces. Then, cities gradually desired a real green continuity. Some examples such as ‘Bosco Verticale’ in Milan sprang up and make this image of the ‘green city’ less and less utopian. Nowadays, as this green framework is more and more rooted in the public space, how can we extend it to private buildings and what are the repercussions on the conception principles? The aim of this thesis is to try to answer this question by being interested particularly in the case of the call for projects launched by the city hall of Paris in 2014: reinvent Paris.
