La valeur des procès-verbaux demandés par l’Ordre des Géomètres-Experts en Alsace-Moselle

Abstract : Alsace-Moselle knew during the last two centuries an animated geopolitical situation, which influenced the laws and the local law. Methods of demarcation of the plots of land to update the land registry were organized by the German Empire. They were partially kept since the return of these territories in France. However, the French Surveyor's Order recently normalized the procedures and the documents to be produced for the demarcations. Therefore, all the members of the Order must apply and respect this standardisation. Although this obligation, many surveyors of Alsace-Moselle do not set up in their own structure these documents and continue to produce only documents asked for a publication to the land registry. It is interesting to analyze and to study if the methods asked at the national level have a real contribution and are necessary for the local level, and if a possible adaptation for this three departments can be organized.
