La prise en compte de la diversité des activités lors de la rédaction du règlement de copropriété d'un ensemble immobilier complexe

Abstract : All the real estate complex assets can be managed either by condominium or by division by volumes. The choice of the condominium sometimes can be constrained despite the divergence of the owners’ interests. The management of the building is submitted to the system of condominium derived from the law of 10th of July 1965 and from the legislative decree of 17th of March 1967. In addition to possible adjustments (creation of a secondary union, special common parts...) and in order to simplify the management of large buildings, the editor of the condominium rules is able to add particular clauses that must be compatible with the condominium regulation. These clauses will concern in particular the elements which require the most particular intention in this type of building: commercial lots and parking management.
