Quel rôle pour le ministère de la Transition écologique et solidaire dans la structuration de réseaux « paysage » ?

Abstract : Innovative and modern form of work organization, networking is on the rise and seducing the professional world. The field of landscape architecture is no exception. In France, landscape's public policy is led by the ministry of Environment. But by nature, landscaping implies for a variety of actors to cooperate at different scales. Facing a more and more restricted budget context and deep territorial reorganizations, networking seems to be an effective response for a variety of actors to seize the field and to reinforce the public action on landscapes. Furthermore, the concept of "landscape networks" is currently expanding and the state agents are largely mobilized for it. First of all we will apprehend what role plays the ministry of Environment on the landscape field in general. Then we will present a method to establish an assessment of the existing "landscape" networks. This assessment will be analyzed in a third part and finally, we will end up with some recommendations to implement "landscape" networks. Mots-cles : Reseau, paysage, politique publique Key Words: Network, landscape, public policy.
