Comportement mécanique panneaux en nid d'abeille avec prise en compte du cisaillement transverse : application au dimensionnement d'un meuble de cabine d'avion

Abstract : Composite panel is now a well known term for the public thanks to the increasing use of this kind of material in the aerospace industry. The honeycomb panel, which is the dominant material in the construction of the furniture of an aircraft cabin is the perfect example. All the theories and tests required for the analysis and understanding of it mechanical behavior and characteristics are also mastered however for honeycomb panel the best theory remains the one from Mr Reissner and Mindlin which, in contrary to the one from Kirchhoff-Love, allows to take into account of the following two points : • Study of composites material with a thickness up to a several dozen of millimeters. • Analysis of transverse shear for the expanded core. The last point is an important element for the design in a finite element analysis.
