Structurer l'information dans un logiciel de veille : quels enjeux et quelles limites pour l'acquisition de connaissances ?

Abstract : The knowledge organization allows the human brain to assimilate more easily an element in a set. The watch process includes several steps in which a scheduling is required. From watch plan to classification scheme, the scope of monitoring a given environment is thus modeled several times in catégories that organize the knowledge of a domain. The purpose of this expanded report here is to understand what mechanisms are intercalated during these modelings in order to promote the acquisition of knowledge. A focus on the concrète example of the classification scheme in the Website Watcher monitoring software will thus allow us to understand the singularity of each modeling, and the elements they challenge.
