Étude d'extraits polaires de plantes médicinales par GCMS après dérivatisation. Application à la mélisse

Abstract : Characterization of more than 90% of plant polar samples could be very promising in the aromatic, medicinal and perfumed plants field. An analytical procedure was developed in order to transform plants polar compounds into their oxime-trimethylsilyl derivatives and analyze them by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Spectral and bibliographic studies were carried out so that we were able to identify a variety of polar compounds as amino and organic acids, sugars, polyphenolic compounds. Samples of Melissa officinalis were analyzed with our method in order to quantify rosmarinic acid by internal standard method. Proposals were made to optimize the analytical procedure.
