Limitation des pompages des convertisseurs électrohydrauliques : appareil de commande des servomoteurs réglant des organes d’admission vapeur

Abstract : The tests performed on site of CATTENOM 4 offered an opportunity to demonstrate that the phenomenon of pumping of the set point pressure results from the instability of the electronic regulator and EHC. The consequence is instability of the loop system. On the site of PENLY 2, we have clarified that the parameters P and I of the electronic regulator have influence on the test performed behaviour of the EHC, leading to the phenomenon of pumping of the set point pressure. These investigations focused on the origin of the pumping of the set point pressure. Indeed, these oscillations of pressure result from an oscillation of the slide valve of EHC. The numerical simulation on going allowed to validate the analyses described above and therefore to recommend two main directions for the improvement of the pumping phenomenon: • Electronics element : Optimization of the PID settings of the electronic regulator, in cooperation with electronic department. • Mechanical pressure control element : Study of the different mechanical interfaces to identify the origin of excessive rubbings. A mechanical improvement was already studied and will be implemented in the short term. Other investigations are under way, as the study of the interface between slide valve and pressure control sleeve or the study of a substitution material for the repair rings.
