Étude, conception et réalisation d’un système de gestion technique du bâtiment GTB

Abstract : The Building Management System (BMS) is commonly installed in large buildings, villas or industries in order to monitor and control all installed electromechanical equipment. It allows the operator to have an overview of the operation and automation of installed systems, offering an optimal management of various installations, a reduction in maintenance costs and power consumption and easy detection of breakdowns. This engineering brief presents the installation of a BMS (Siemens) for the Villa 'Mtayleb-518'. It involves the study, design and execution of the system. The first part is an overview of the BMS system. It is a theoretical part that defines the system, describes its constitution, and specifies its advantages and problems. The second part is a descriptive-identifying part of the project, as well as a presentation of the studies, design and execution in order to install this automation system, while highlighting its advantages and the problems encountered during execution.
