Dans quelle(s) mesure(s) la reprogrammation neuro-musculaire limite-t-elle les récidives de luxation gléno-humérale chez un handballeur présentant une instabilité d'épaule antérieure non opérée ?

Abstract : Glenohumeral joint's dislocation constitutes the first step toward instability. It handicaps the practice of handball, which is a contact sport. Consequently, it maintains this risk. The trauma caused by luxation associated with the regular practice of this activity creates a lot of specific adaptations limiting neuro-muscular rehabilitation in the handball player who has already undergone a first episode of glenohumeral dislocation which has not been treated surgically. However, many scientific researches have been applied to healthy subjects, not to handball players, or not always involving shoulder instability. The conclusion of this work remains to be modulated.
