Le rôle de l'enseignant dans la scolarisation d'élèves dyslexiques : entretien avec des enseignants

Abstract : Before Refoundation of the school’s Law of 2013, which advocates inclusive school, research were conducted on the training courses and the teachers’ feelings for welcoming students with disabilities in their classes. Teachers didn’t have enough training courses (Zaffran, 2007, quoted by Dunnand & Feuilladieu, 2014) and felt penniless on the schooling of a student having disabilities (M.E.N. 2012). I searched to knowing if teachers feel enough equipped today to identify dyslexic students and to implement some ways for passing their own difficulties. I also questioned efficacy of P.A.P. (Plan d’Accompagnement Personnalisé), established by this for children having learning disabilities. In order to my research, I interviewed a lot of teachers. The results showed no difference between before and after the appearance of P.A.P. Moreover, this study notifies the scarcity of teachers’ training especially about the disability while the French education system has decided to become an inclusive school.
