Définition d'un protocole d'identification de nouvelles constructions par télédétection sur l'île de Cayenne (Guyane)

Abstract : Increases of illicits constructions are due to French Guyana’s current housing crisis and develop a phenomen os spontaneous urbanization. To prevent the phenomenon, the local Directorate for Environment, Planning and Housing (DEAL Guyane) and partners want to monitor it. This study focuses on the use of remote sensing to establish a protocol which allows to identify new constructions. Several vectors using optical sensors are being considered, from the UAV to the satellites. The proposed protocol is based on several remote sensing methods using multiple data sources.
