Le diagnostic d'état des transformateurs de puissance

Abstract : Nowadays, Electrical maintenance services reveal some changing. The goal of the new maintenance policy is to reduce costs by keeping high reliability of electrical facilities. This established fact may provide to Apave a real business market concerning technical engineering support like power transformer analysis. Transformer diagnosis can be performed following two ways. The first one consist in basic measurements mainly executed during currently maintenance tasks. The second, is based on two innovative methodology requiring a significant expert level in transformer condition assessment, which could occur a real additional value to Apave customers. These, consist in measuring the dielectric power factor to quantify the leakage current and dielectric permittivity, both value qualifying insulation system reliability. Likewise, swept frequency response analysis is able to identify failures into coils and magnetic circuit structure. Accordingly Apave expert advise concerning strategical electrical systems, participate to make the maintenance management policy more efficient. The need of such deliveries is proved by the market study. It shows us that actual industry environment is particularly positive to engineering support, activities which completely corresponds to ethical value of an independent risk management company like Apave.
