L'appréciation et la note dans les évaluations en histoire-géographie

Abstract : In a context of gradual implementation of a competency-based approach in the school environment, as well as the trend of the deletion of grades in some colleges in recent years, I wondered what happened to the assessments. So I did my research. This thesis proposes to analyze the place occupied by these last ones at the pupils during the delivery of the evaluations. The goal through this is to know if the ratings are more important to the students than the grade. The hypothesis of the research being that the device of classes without a note is too recent, and therefore that the students give a greater place to the notation. We will first make a scientific point on the subject before working on the impressions and representations of the students of two classes of High School (2nd and 1st). Through this, it will be a question of reinforcing or invalidating the initial hypothesis, and in which case, understanding why through the analysis of the collected data.
