Femmes réfugiées et santé : l'exemple des femmes réfugiées syriennes et l'accès aux soins au Liban

Abstract : The Syrian crisis has overstretched immensely the Lebanese healthcare system, which is endeavoring to take care of one million and a half refugee's health needs. As far as health is concerned, some groups of the refugee population require specific services. In particular, women they are both female and refugees, and because they find themselves in a specific context in Lebanon regarding their health needs. The aid provided to women from international organisations, local and international NGOs tries to respond to their needs through various services : primary, secondary, tertiary and psychological support services. However, the aid granted to women refugees and its compatibility with the existent needs in the field is questionable because of the local interpretation of the aid in practice and the attractiveness of the topic of gender for international actors.
