La place de l’algodystrophie dans la vie du patient

Abstract : The algodystrophie or the regional complex pain syndrome type I (CRPS-1) is a chronic painful disease often evolving in severely disabling forms for the patient because of a late diagnosis and maladaptive. The good therapeutic management of patients with CRPS-I is a major challenge in slowing down the progression of this syndrome, thus reducing the number of disabilities, but also in the relief of chronic pain that may have harmful consequences on the patient and thus decreasing his quality of life.
