Caractérisation de l’impact de la dose de stimulation ovarienne sur la sécrétion folliculaire de PROK1 chez des patientes prises en charge en fécondation in vitro

Abstract : The validation of new predicitive biomarkers of embryo implantation in in vitro fertilization (IVF) is mandatory to improve pregnancy rates. In 2016, Prokineticin 1 (PROK1) quantification in follicular fluid has been reported as a new predictive biomarker of IVF success, however little is known about its follicular regulation. The objective of my study was to evaluate the impact of FSH stimulation dose in follicular PROK1 secretion in IVF patient in CHUGA. The results show a significant increase of follicular PROK1 concentration in patient receiving FSH stimulation dose ≥ 200IU/day (n = 30, p = 0.016). These preliminary results suggest that PROK1 predictive value in follicular fluid could be highly dependant of FSH treatement, and therefore point out the necessity to characterize sub-groups and new cut-offs according to FSH stimulation dose.
