L'acquisition du vocabulaire des sensations par le vécu des élèves et la production d’écrits au Cycle 2

Abstract : The vocabulary is essential, it allows to express precisely what you feel and what you think. Improving the vocabulary of students is one of priorities of the French school. After I had difficulty teaching this discipline to my CE2 class, I did some research. At the end of my research, I identified three essential steps in vocabulary acquisition: contextualization, decontextualization, recontextualization. Then I created a three-step sequence to verify that this method works with learning the vocabulary of sensations. Once setting up a sequence starting with a workshop of senses test, continuing with decontextualization activities and ending with the haïkus book creation, the results demonstrated the effectiveness of this process for teaching the vocabulary of sensations.
