Étude d’acceptabilité sur la mise en place d’une télé-expertise en dermatologie buccale auprès de chirurgiens-dentistes libéraux

Abstract : Although the oral cavity is easily accessible to direct visual examination, most oral cancers are diagnosed at an advanced stage. Oral surgeons are specialists who treat the majority of oral lesions. However, due to their limited number and unequal distribution on the territory, access to care in this category of medical professionals is difficult. Telemedicine seems to be a relevant solution to optimize the management of patients with oral lesions. Before the creation of a telemedicine tool intended for dental surgeons, it was necessary on the one hand to study legal imperatives of this new mode of practice, on the other to apprehend the acceptability, the obstacles and the levers expressed by future users.
