Étude des références (Partie 8) extraites des recommandations de bonne pratique analysées dans le cadre du projet SPICES

Abstract : Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) were the leading cause of mortality worldwide 2017. Management of cardiovascular risk factors reduces CVD’s incidence. SPICES is an implementation study which aims to introduce non-drug-based interventions effective on CVD’s primary prevention in primary care setting. Guidelines analysis by ADAPTE procedure and AGREE 2 tool could not defined detailed intervention strategies. This thesis objective was to analyze the references extracted from guidelines and to identify and to describe non-drug-based interventions effective on CVD’s primary prevention feasible on primary care setting. Methods : 899 total references were extracted, 114 were analyzed in this work. Inclusion criteria searched on the article’s abstract were the following: non-drug-based interventions carried on primary care or community setting effective on pertinent outcome. Included articles were reading in full to check the inclusion criteria. Interventions were described, resumed in keywords and theme-classified (diet, physical activity, smoking cessation, multicomponent). Results : mediterranean diet, DASH diet, and combined association of low fat, low salt diet with aerobic exercises (20-40 minutes at moderate intensity, 3 to 5/weeks) were effective on cardiovascular risk factors reduction. Briefs interventions were effective on smoking and alcohol consumption reduction. Uses of media-centered, worksite based and behaviors strategies, including Prochaska’s transtheoretical model and brief intervention promoted behavior changes to a healthier lifestyle. Conclusion : non-drug-based interventions effective CVD’s primary prevention feasible in primary care were described. Further analysis of included interventions will define clear and detailed strategies for SPICES study.
