Impulser une stratégie alimentaire à l'ensemble du territoire des Vosges du Nord à partir d'initiatives dispersées : présentation d'une méthodologie et d'outils

Abstract : The aim of National Program of Food, enacted by the law of the future for Agriculture, Food and Forest on October 13th, 2014, is to encourage and promote the development of actions which answer to local food challenges. The Regional Natural Park of the Northern Vosges wish reply to this Program by developing a Territorial Food Project in collaboration with: Pays de Saverne Plaine et Plateau, Pays d’Alsace du Nord et Pays de l’arrondissement de Sarreguemines. A first step of diagnosis is necessary in order to determine the lines of actions of this project. The aim of this step is to understand the food situation in the territory: the state of supply, demand and chains but also to know the actions already engaged in a process of agricultural and food transition. This essay reports this diagnosis on the agricultural and food transition. The changeover from a simple census of actions to the push of food strategy is particularly developed. An analysis is also presented about the challenges of sustainable food in the Northern Vosges.
