Mesure de la perception du dimorphisme sexuel lié à la canine à l'aide d'un modèle simplissime

Abstract : Transsexual people use surgery in order to "change their sex". It is related to the existence of a sexual dimorphism in the human species. Should the dentist modify the morphology of their front teeth, visible when they smile? We constructed a model that reduces the number of variables to determine if the permanent canine teeth has sexual dimorphism. Our results tend to show the existence of a weak sexual dimorphism linked to the canine. It should therefore be taken into account in the overall care of these patients.
