Treize naissances font suite à un souhait parental d'accueillir un enfant atteint de trisomie 21, Le dépistage prénatal a échoué dans 21 cas. Les causes d'échec de ce dépistage ont été analysées

. Actuellement, très peu de cas de trisomie 21 ne sont pas diagnostiqués en anténatal mais le dépistage est encore perfectible. Des perspectives d'amélioration peuvent être envisagées
