, 5% de façon interventionnelle et 0.3% chirurgicalement. Parmi les patients traités médicalement, 3.8% ont bénéficié d'une revascularisation en urgence lors de l'hospitalisation initiale. 288 patients avaient un contrôle angiographique différé (délai médian de 38 [8-70] jours) retrouvant une amélioration de la lésion dans 81.9%. Avec un suivi de 1 an, une récidive de SCAD est survenue dans 3.0%, et un évènement cardiovasculaire majeur (accident vasculaire cérébral, infarctus, revascularisation de la lésion initiale) dans 7.7%. Conclusion : L'étude DISCO est la plus grande cohorte européenne de dissections coronaires spontanées. La SCAD prédomine chez la femme jeune ayant peu de facteurs de risque cardiovasculaire, Que les hommes et mes confrères m'accordent leur estime si je suis fidèle à mes promesses ; que je sois déshonoré(e) et méprisé(e) si j'y manque.
