, Ont été exclus les traumatisés sévères ayant reçu un autre traitement vasopresseur. Résultats: 566 dossiers ont été inclus dans l'analyse finale. Trente-huit patients ont reçu de la noradrénaline en préhospitalier. Ces derniers étaient plus graves selon tous les critères clinico-biologiques étudiés. La valeur de pression artérielle systolique était associée à l'administration préhospitalière de noradrénaline en analyse multivariée. Après appariement des patients, la différence de mortalité à 24h n, Matériel et Méthodes Etude de registre monocentrique menée sur les traumatisés sévères admis à l'HIA Sainte Anne entre janvier 2016 et décembre 2017
