, Introduction : Ces dix dernières années, la diffusion des traitements médicaux et l'élargissement des possibilités de revascularisation apporte un bénéfice aux patients atteints d'artériopathes oblitérante des membres inférieurs (AOMI) au stade ultime d'Ischémie Critique Chronique (ICC). L'objectif de cette étude est d'évaluer l, Titre : Évolution du risque d'amputation majeure chez les patients hospitalisés pour Artériopathie Oblitérante des Membres Inférieurs au stade d'ischémie critique dans la cohorte COPART

M. Matériels, Les patients AOMI d'origine artérioscléreuse au stade d'ICC selon la définition du TASC II ont été inclus rétrospectivement à partir de la cohorte COPART multicentrique. Les patients inclus avant 2011 ont été comparés avec ceux inclus après 2011. Des questionnaires informatisés détaillés ont été recueillis lors de l'hospitalisation initiale. Les patients ont été suivi 1 an, les évènements majeurs ont été relevés : amputations majeures, amputations mineures

, On relève une diminution significative des amputés majeurs après 2011 (17% vs 25%) confirmée en analyse multivariée, 2004.

, p<0,01), plus de revascularisation (54% vs 49%) en particuliers des angioplasties distales

, Conclusion : Le pronostic local des patients AOMI en ICC s'est amélioré cette dernière décennie, possiblement en lien avec plus de revascularisations
