Défaillances liées à l’utilisation des voies d’abord moins invasives en chirurgie cardiaque

Abstract : In France, cardiac surgery is interested in minimally invasive approaches. This work presents a method for evaluating the use of less invasive pathways in cardiac surgery, using the EIAS (undesirable events associated with care) collection from the creation of a new risk associated-situation (SAR): “Failures related to the use of less invasive pathways in cardiac surgery”. The qualitative evaluation of the 171 EIAS, from the REX database (Feedback), established by the HAS makes it possible to draw a favorable conclusion on the use of minimally invasive approaches. Indeed, the events are, to finish, infrequent and of minor gravity. The establishment of a criticality grid on the EIAS of this SAR makes it possible to establish recommendations whose purpose is to reduce the learning curve by the feedback of experience.
