De soi à l’autre, une rencontre pour se différencier : accompagner l’ancrage à la réalité dans un groupe ouvert de relaxation en psychiatrie adulte

Abstract : In adult psychiatry, disorders related to the perception of the self-body disturb the relationship to the environment and obstruct communication with others people. Relaxation as a mediation, by working on the physical anchoring and the limits, allows both an appeasement of anxiety and a strengthening of the link to reality. To propose a group of relaxation conjugates the therapeutic aspects of the group itself and of the relaxation. Regarding to an open group, the development of the device and the personal bodily commitment of the psychomotrician will ensure containing and security to support the group work.
