, Abstract (1600 caractères maximum

, Different methods of whey extraction (centrifugation only, with Millipore filtration and with ETDA precipitation) were tested on spiked milk samples; the exogenous bINSL3 was then measured in the whey with TRFIA to establish a recovery rate. Colostrum samples were equally tested. C2C12 possess both RXFP1 and RXFP2, the former being present in its full length, and there is a significant difference in the pattern of expression of the selected muscle differentiation genes following differentiation, The lactocrine hypothesis in the pig is based on the expression of relaxin in the mother's milk. Knowing that cattle do not produce relaxin, it remains a possibility that such a lactocrine hypothesis in bovines could exist using INSL3, a structurally very similar peptide of the relaxin family
