, Résumé Les soins de médecine générale en psychiatrie relèvent de recommandations s'appliquant aux troubles mentaux sévères (TMS), mais dont la définition précise est encore débattue

, Les objectifs secondaires sont d'évaluer la prévalence des principaux diagnostics psychiatriques, en comparaison aux prévalences françaises et, à celles retrouvées dans la littérature ainsi que d'investiguer les effets indésirables survenus en cours d'hospitalisation. 214 patients ont été hospitalisés à la Clinique des « 3 Lucs » à Marseille, de janvier à mars 2016. Les 2 principaux diagnostics psychiatriques des patients étaient les troubles de l'humeur (59.3%) et troubles psychotiques (23.4%). Parmi les affections somatiques chroniques prévalentes, L'objectif principal de cette étude est d'investiguer les affections somatiques et le recours aux soins de médecine générale dans une structure psychiatrique privée

, Ces patients présentaient également plus fréquemment au moins un EI médicamenteux par rapport aux autres diagnostics psychiatriques (p=0.013), qu'ils s'agissent de la constipation (p=0.003) ou du surdosage médicamenteux (p=0.049). Les patients hospitalisés dans le cadre de troubles de l'humeur (F3) avaient plus souvent un antécédent cardio-vasculaire que les patients présentant un autre diagnostic psychiatrique (p=0.003). Ils avaient également plus souvent une dyslipidémie et une tendance pour plus d'HTA, Au sein de la population psychotique (F2), on retrouvait une tendance pour un recours plus fréquent aux urgences médicales (p=0.07)

C. Dans-notre, le risque de développer une pathologie somatique est élevée. Par conséquent, les recommandations de prise en charge somatique des patients suivis pour TMS pourraient s'appliquer aux patients suivis dans notre clinique

, La complexité de la prise en charge somatique du patient psychiatrique impose une meilleure définition du risque somatique, y compris pour les patients suivis en institut privé. Une prise en charge globale, coordonnée et adaptée est nécessaire pour assurer un suivi somatique de qualité
