Le suivi des éboulements par photogrammétrie aérienne et terrestre et/ou par scanner laser terrestre, dans le cadre des dangers naturels

Abstract : Many testing shown photogrammetry potentials, simple and inexpensive method, for three-dimensional modeling of natural environment with complex structure, and cliff instabilities detection. The use of camera and motorized arm enable fastly and efficiently field data acquisitions as well optimize restitution and processing times. The tacheometric measurements on natural targets like stones distributed along rock face make it possible to georeference point cloud only during the first mission. Many studies shown ICP method robustness, used for the points clouds registration at later dates. A simple cloud scaling with optical grade rods for example, can be experiment for even more simply method. Gravitational natural phenomenon between two different measurements periods can be detected, quickly and reliably, with cloud diachronic comparison. This robust detection in vector mode is executed with M3C2 algorithm (Lague, Brodu and Leroux 2013) on free software CloudCompare. Thus, with the follow-up to strict protocol, acquisitions can be realized by concerned professionals. Thereafter data processing are executed by skilled person. However data rendering is complex because a real lack subsisted on software for elements extraction and storage. Tools development proposition is made and can be processed by student or professional projects.
