Le transfert : enjeux et modalités pratiques pour les officinaux

Abstract : The distribution of pharmacies in France is regulated. Currently, officinal networking is declining due to a structural trend towards the consolidation and closure of pharmacies. The transfer is a solution to the necessary adaptation of the officinal network to public health issues. The premises are often poorly arranged and too small to provide a quality pharmaceutical service. Thanks to modernized premises, the transfer offers pharmacists the opportunity to develop new missions such as vaccination or the establishment of therapeutic interviews. The economic difficulties encountered by some officines, particularly those with declining turnover, are also the driving force behind many transfers. From this point of view the transfer is an opportunity to improve the economy of the officine, making it more accessible to the population. Like the creation of a dispensary, the execution of a transfer requires the respect of a procedure to be carried out in several stages. The population criteria, the distance between pharmacies but also the configuration of the premises, are conditions for obtaining a transfer authorization. We did a survey of 20 pharmacists who have had this experience recently or in the last few years to understand and find out what the key elements are for a successful transfer.
