Abstract : Nowadays, the treatment of excessive bruxism necessarily involves cognitive behavioral therapy. Therefore, the patient is at the center of the therapy. We, as dentist surgeon, have a duty to make him understand his parafunction, and explain to him how get rid of it. The goal is to decrease harmful habits. Our role is to give him the tools that will enable him to protect his dental capital and to feel better. The main problem with this therapy is the lack of compliance probably related to decreased patient motivation over time. The purpose of this work is to reinforce the supervision of patients between each session in order to get more satisfactory results. So, we tried to put in place a data processing tool, "ready to use", which allows: To inform the patient (stress management, nasal breathing, ideal posture), To maintain his motivation day after day (program over 6 weeks), To remind him by automatic alarm systems sensory that he must perform exercises dozens of times a day.
