, Des rappels sur la physiologie du sommeil et du syndrome d'apnées obstructives du sommeil (SAOS) ainsi que sur les traitements par orthèse d'avancée mandibulaire seront d'abord présentés. Ensuite, un laboratoire de prothèses réalisera des orthèses par la méthode traditionnelle et par trois des systèmes numériques disponibles actuellement (ITERO, CEREC, TRIOS), L'objet de cette thèse est d'évaluer l'intérêt d'une chaîne numérique dans la réalisation d'orthèses d'avancée mandibulaire pour les patients atteints d'apnée du sommeil
