Techniques d'augmentation transversale du volume osseux à visée implantaire

Abstract : In recent decades, implant-supported prosthesis have become the best solution to rehabilitate any kind of edentulous gaps. However the residual bone volume doesn’t always allow implants set up in first intention. To overcome this obstacle, a pre-implant surgery can increase the bone volume to make it compatible with an implant project. The main objective of this thesis is to compare the different transversal augmentation technics surgeries in order to highlight their indications. Summary diagrams will help practitioners to choose the most suitable technic.
