, Les thérapies basées sur la mentalisation ont été formulées et conceptualisées pour répondre à la problématique posée par le prise en charge des troubles de la personnalité limite. Par conséquent, elles sont adaptées à un fonctionnement marqué par l'instabilité émotionnelle et les passages à l'acte, les comportements autodommageables ou antisociaux. Malheureusement, il semble que dans l'anorexie mentale, le fonctionnement du processus mentalisant soit différent. Notre travail soulève donc la question de la prise en charge de l'anorexie mentale basée sur la mentalisation : comment s'évaluerait la mentalisation dans l'anorexie mentale ? Quelle forme prendrait la thérapie basée sur la mentalisation dans ce trouble ? En individuel ? En groupe ? En institution ? Ces questions pourraient constituer un autre travail, de l'anorexie mentale. Actuellement, très peu d'études explorent la mentalisation dans l'anorexie mentale
