Identification et caractérisation de composantes génétiques liées à la résistance aux maladies chez l'abricot

Abstract : The apricot is the third most cultivated stone fruit in the world and the Mediterranean basin is the first growing area with 50% of the world production. But the apricot is attacked by a lot of pest diseases. The brown rot, the rust, the scab and the powdery mildew are ones of those diseases and cause important damages. In the context of a reduction of phytosanitary products, the creation of varieties tolerant to those diseases is a solution but not many studies have been conducted to find resistance traits.
