Développer la créativité par la verbalisation en arts plastiques

Abstract : This study investigates the undeniable link between oral language and the development of preschool pupil’s creativity. The experimentation focuses on a sequence around the notion of portrait in G.S. All pupils respected the same instruction during both sessions: “Transform yourself”. After each production stage, pupils participated in the same “collective verbalization” phases. Afterward, it is necessary to compare productions from the first and the second phase. Results gathered from this sequence shows that all pupils have been more creative during the second production, after they had a post-production collective verbalization. Next, a part of the pupils, called “test group”, had the advantage of having an individual verbalization during the second production session. The given results also prove that the test group has been all the more creative that the other group during the second session.
