Syndrome d'Ehlers Danlos : état des lieux des connaissances et perspectives de recherche

Abstract : Ehlers Danlos syndrome is a group of genetic and systemic diseases linked to a connective tissue abnormality. The connective tissue is present almost everywhere in the body and has a supporting function. There are different types of Ehlers Danlos syndrome that are most commonly related to an abnormality of a connective tissue constituent that is collagen. This thesis allows to update the knowledge on the syndrome of Ehlers Danlos with summarized cards of the new classification. It also allows to make a point on the various possible care for this syndrome having no curative treatment.
