Évolution de la prise en charge des femmes enceintes sous traitement de substitution à l'héroïne depuis la création de la Consultation Obstétricale Spécialisée Médico-Psycho-Sociale au CHU de Caen

Abstract : Our aim’s study was to ascertain if the creation of COS MPS in the CHU of Caen enabled a global follow-up for pregnant women with substance abuse problems. We executed a retrospective observational quantitative study on 18 patients under opioid substitution treatment who have seen at least once a doctor or a midwife in the CHU of Caen. We can notice that patients have a better follow-up, consultations are more regular and appointments are almost always honoured. We also observed fewer maternal pathologies. In order to further improve the caring for these patients, we propose systematic consultation with the drugs addict midwife and with the COS MPS’s midwife as well as setting coordination.
