Protocole informatique d’indiçage systématique phonologique et sémantique pour les patients aphasiques post-A.V.C.

Abstract : Following a stroke, people who suffer of aphasia may have an anomia that requires speech therapy. The latter is based on phonological or semantic aids, depending on the patient's preserved abilities. In recent years, the use of computers has become increasingly important in rehabilitation. The purpose of this thesis was to show whether a computer protocol for systematic phonological and semantic indication makes it possible to improve the naming skills of post-stroke aphasic patients and whether the computer tool in rehabilitation makes the patient more active in his management. The results of the study did not reveal any significant improvement in the name. It was noted that a limited number of patients participated in the study and few items were selected. In addition, the computer tool was identified by patients as valuable and making more investment in rehabilitation possible.
