Les plateformes numériques au service des villes et des réseaux

Abstract : The "DT-DICT" reform has been put in place to reduce network damage. This action plan has two major objectives, to allow a better knowledge of underground networks, and to define the responsibilities of the various actors involved. Thus, the reform imposes an improvement of the cartography of the French basement and gives new obligations to the owners of works, aperators of networks and executors of works. In response to its aims, GTA has developed a collaborative and unpublished project. It’s about developing a digital platform made up of all buried networks. This tool represents a perspective of the future and innovation that can meet the needs of the reform and facilitate work near underground networks.
