Le rôle de l’écrit électronique dans le métier de géomètre-expert

Abstract : The aim of this research work is to highlight the will of the Ordre des géomètres-experts to introduce electronic writing in the activities of the profession. The dematerialisation of procedures, which already concerns many professions, must be imported to the Chartered Land Surveyors to ensure the evolution of the profession. To do this, electronic writing has a variety of tools for safe use : electronic signature, timestamping and digital archiving ensure the integrity of a dematerialised document and ensure its preservation over time. At the dawn of the year 2020, the Ordre des géomètres-experts is about to introduce the electronic signature in the Géofoncier portal, in order to make it the multi-professional land platform. Eventually, all the documents of the Chartered Land Surveyors will be subject of a dematerialisation in the form of an electronic writing and will be signed remotely, significantly improving all operations of Chartered Land Surveyors.
