Difficulté d'identification et de délimitation des domaines publics lors de leurs contigüités et/ou superpositions

Abstract : This study focuses on the complexity of delimitation of public property properties at their contiguity and/or superposition. Indeed, the multiplicity of regimes that can take a good can lead to its bad definition. Moreover, from this plurality of systems come out different methods of delimitation. It should also be noted that the delimitation of goods is easy when we are in a configuration of perfect contiguity. Yet, these cases are rare. Finding instead of situations where assignment and property were in superposition in two and three dimensions complicating the boundary definition. From this observation, a consideration was given to methods of standardization the procedures for delimiting the ownership of public goods. These include the integration of the surveying profession into demarcation operations, the boundary marking procedure, the establishment of a volume division and the creation of a common and accessible digital platform listing all types of public dependencies. It turned out that not all the solutions envisaged were applicable to all public property, especially for natural properties, since they evolved over time. However, a solution of parcelling out of the public ownership can be considered as the first steps to realize.
